Built in 1895, this Queen Anne style home also has neoclassical design features. A hip roof with lower cross gables and stained glass illustrate its Queen Anne Style. The two-story full front porch with chamfered square wood columns and posts is typical of Neoclassical detailing.  Bay windows on the east and south elevations, fireplaces, and interior woodwork and doors are all typical of its construction era.  In the past year the Paulist Fathers have created 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a laundry room and further reconfigured the house to accommodate 4 priests and 2 guests. Items of interest include old freight elevator doors which comprise the mirrored wall in the dining room, and a Tennessee marble floor in one of the baths.
