212 East Oklahoma

This one-story, circa 1920, Queen Anne house with Bungalow influence is a transition period structure. Its original metal shingled roof has probably survived due to its steepness. Note the circular sawn wood attic vent, full front porch, and two interior offset chimneys - one of patterned brick. Note also the recessed side lights and transom at the front entry, and the entablature above the columns on the front proch. Inside, there are four original mantles, all in near mint condition, along with a built-in hutch and stylish bay wall.
