 This turn of the century, two-and-one-half story Four Square has eclectic influences. Bay windows project from two walls and there are arched second and third story side windows with diamond patterned upper sashes and circular attic windows with wooden keystones and arched applied lintels. Sidelights and transom frame the front door which still has its original hand crank bell. Practically every room has a fireplace. Moldings, facings, transoms, picture rails, and a dining room built-in hutch are in excellent condition. The first floor has double parlors, kitchen, dining room, and a quaint little powder room. The massive staircase leads past compelling gothic windows to the second and third floors. The second floor has three bedrooms, a bath, and library. The current owners, Ron and Susan Hamilton, have added many tasteful period touches as well as extensive landscaping.
