Since Meryl Keegan was not able to attend the potluck in August, she wanted to contribute the recipe for the dish she would have brought. Meryl says this dish is so fast and easy to prepare, “even I can do it.” Ingredients: 1 store bought pie crust 1 cup shredded cheddar Put some extra cheddar aside to sprinkle on top 1 cup mayonnaise 4 tomatoes 2 T basil Salt and Pepper to taste Directions: |
