Ice Cream Social Brings Out Adults and Children

Festivities started at 6 p.m. and ran until dark.  In addition to ice cream and toppings, there was a fire engine, a police K-9 unit, and alternate fuel trolleys used by the Knoxville Area Transit, which people could tour.  Invited guests such as Mayor Bill Haslam and City Council members joined ONK residents.
