Imagine .. a finish on your anaglypta wallpaper that brings it to life ... a new look for that ugly old office desk ... creating the appearance of marble on those columns or fireplace ... a window-like mural to help open up a small room ... a finish on your walls that goes beyond paint, and is hand-done with the touch and knowledge of an artist. If you can imagine it, then Annalee Bohon of Annalee B Studios can probably make it happen. She is an artist, faux finisher and muralist who offers creative paint finishes as an alternative to both wallpaper and simply painting a wall one color. "I offer creative paint finishes ... and custom design on virtually any paintable surface, including walls, ceilings, floors, countertops, moldings, and furniture," Annalee says. Her work can be found in places such at the Greystone Mansion (the home of WATE TV), and she or her work has been featured in the News Sentinel, the Farragut Press, the DIY Network, Old North Knoxville's 2001 Holiday Home Tour, the 2002 Parade of Homes, and the 2003 Symphony Showcase. Her work is currently on display at Town House Interiors, Renfro Interiors, and the Southern Market. Annalee's artistic training includes 9 schools in 4 states and 2 countries. Annalee B Studios is a member of the Stencil Atrisans's League, Inc. (SALI), the local association of faux finishers and muralists, and Business Network International.
