"Who Ya Gonna Call?": Hidden utilities, Unsightly lots

Identifying Hidden Utilities One call does it all. You can stop disaster before it starts. If you're planning to dig on your property, you'll want to call 1-800-351-1111 first. The Tennessee One Call System will send representatives to mark the locations of hidden underground utilities so you can plan your dig safely. Marking usually takes place within 72 hours of your request. 

Codes Enforcement 215-2118 is the number to call to report abandoned vehicles on private property, housing with structural code violations, illegal dump sites, and overgrown lots (over 12" in height.) The City of Knoxville Codes Department will survey the reported site and provide appropriate action. You may make your report anonymously.
