If you recall, we asked in our last newsletter if you had met and could
identify some of our new neighbors. The couple pictured here are Tom
and Donna Brechko. Tom and Donna are now residents of Old North on
Scott Avenue. Tom works for the Knoxville-Knox County Metropolitan
Planning Commission, with Donna working at Paine Webber. While the home
they moved into is in wonderful shape by Old North standards, they do have plans
for further renovation which will make it an even greater and more comfortable
showplace. Both Tom and Donna have been regularly attending the
neighborhood meetings where their presence and input are very much
appreciated. Welcome to Old North, Tom and Donna.
