Have You Seen Me?

Surprisingly, at least to us here at Old North News, there were no guesses as to the location of the Dewey Street marker. Maybe people were too focused on other matters, concentrating on what was ahead, and never had a chance to look down. Anyway, the Dewey Street marker is imbedded in the sidewalk at the corner of Fremont and Kenyon. We at Old North News don't know when the street name was changed or why it was changed. If somebody out there does know, please drop us a note, either by e-mail or regular mail. Both addresses are on the front page of this newsletter. 

In the meantime, one of the mystery objects for this time is pictured above. There are five of them. Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to identify where these markers are located. If you are the first person to correctly identify all of their locations, you win a mug with the Old North Knoxville logo, a perfect stocking stuffer. You will also get your name mentioned in Old North News. The only stipulation in this case is you must be a resident of Old North Knoxville.
