Have You Seen Me?

Well, Chester Kilgore of Grainger Avenue was the winner of the first Have you Seen Me? picture puzzle. He received the mug for his fine sleuthing efforts by correctly identifying the flying pig (at right) as being atop the Webb's house on East Oklahoma. But he only won by a few minutes over Dani Owenby. 

Therefore, In honor of the upcoming Ice Cream Social, the intrepid staff of Old North News has found an appropriate objet d'art (at left) for you to identify. Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to identify what it is and where it's located. If you are the first person to correctly identify the object and its location, you win a mug with the Old North Knoxville logo. You will also get your name mentioned in Old North News. The only stipulations are: 1) You must be a resident of Old North Knoxville, and 2) if you own the object or if it is in your yard, you are disqualified. Therefore, when you respond, either by mail or e-mail (No phone calls.), please include your name, address, and a phone number.
