Neighborhood meetings
The ONK neighborhood meeting will be held on Thursday March 29th at 7 p.m. at the Broadway Baptist Church at the corner of Broadway and Gill. In April, the neighborhood meeting will be held on Thursday April 26th same place same time.
Clean-ups
Dates for the neighborhood and creek clean ups are to be determined, keep your eye out for announcements on the yahoo group.
Yard sale
The neighborhood wide yard sale is scheduled for May 5th at 8 a.m. with an open end (you can quit whenever you are good and ready).
Garden Tour
The 3rd annual garden tour is scheduled for the June 2nd, the first Saturday of the month. Look for more details in the May issue of Old North News.
Traffic Calming
You can never put a date on things in which the city is involved. However, the traffic calming plan and the budget to make it happen have been approved, so keep an eye out for permanent traffic circles, speed humps, and raised intersections.
