Have You Seen Me?

As an occasional feature, Old North News will run a photograph of an interesting object in Old North Knoxville. Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to identify the object: what it is and where it's located. If you are the first person to correctly identify the object and its location, you will win a mug with the Old North Knoxville logo. You will also get your name mentioned in Old North News. The only stipulations are: 1) You must be a resident of Old North Knoxville, and 2) if you own the object or if it is in your yard, you are disqualified.
