Tour

City People, a non-profit organization of people who live, work or play in downtown Knoxville, is hosting its bi-annual Home Tour on
Sunday, October 12th, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Tickets paid for in advance are just $5.00 and may be purchased by sending a check made out to City People, P.O. Box 533, Knoxville, TN 37901-0533 (please note Home Tour on the reference line). Tickets are available the day of the event for $10.00 (cash or check). All tickets are to be picked up on October 12th at Downtown Grill & Brewery, 424 S. Gay Street.
The self-paced tour includes over a dozen fascinating downtown dwellings. Stops along the tour range from the artists galleries and renovated lofts of
Market Square and the cozy townhouses of Ryan's Row to the exciting historic renovations underway along Gay Street, including the
Phoenix, The Emporium and Underground Gay Street. Free transportation will be provided via Knoxville Area Transit trolleys. Free parking is available courtesy of Central Parking immediately behind City Brew.
